Francesca and Chris win Silver plus Deerness win 5th British Title at British Championships!
A first appearance at the British Championships for new Spelthorne Mixed pair Chris Webster and Francesca Harland who produced another highly impressive performance to win the Silver medals in the 11-16 category for this partnership who show great potential.
Deerness added their 5th British Title of the Championships in the 11-16 Mens Group Finals with Matthew Evison, Jonathan Bell, Reece Stockport and Joseph Dean combining high quality performance with good presentation as they swept to Gold with a total of 55.35 for their Balance and Tempo routines from 2 routines both with 10.00 SVs . King Edmunds have a fine record of producing top quality Mens Groups with Shaun Malone, Barnaby Llewellyn, Elliott Woodman and Rhys Batten representing GB at the 2006 European Age Group Tournament. And in Fenton Manor, the King Edmund / Harriers partnership of Shaun Malone, Oliver Wright, Chester Wilmott and Jack Pothecary had a great reception as they produced a spectacular performance to nail their routines. Although with slightly lower start values they could not quite match the Deerness group, this was a highly impressive display which was rewarded with 52.30 and silver medals for this talented group of Bristol acrobats.
