She’s done it! Beth Tweddle salutes a packed Guildford Spectrum after winning her 6th consecutive British Title in the Senior All Around Competition. Beth scored a total of 60.75 which included new elements. Lynette Lisle from Barry Girls won Silver with a total of 55.550 which featured some beautiful work on all 4 pieces, with the highlight of 14.500 on A - Bars. City of Liverpool’s Aisling Williams completed her comeback from injury to earn her first British Senior medal and claim the bronze with 55.300. Imogen Cairns from The Academy was 4th in the All Around, and Melanie Roberts from City of Liverpool fifth. Rosalie Hutton from Pipers Vale placed 6th with a total of 53.85 including third places on Floor and Beam.
Beth’s former GB Olympics Team mates Nicola Willis, Lizzie Line, and Katy Lennon plus three time British Champion Lisa Mason were all there to see Beth claim her 6th British Title.

Gymnastics Online asked Beth for her reaction after winning her 6th British Championships and she said “It’s absolutely fantastic! Obviously it’s been a hard season with the injury at the Commonwealth’s so this helps to cap it all off after the Euros!”.
