Congratulations to all of the medalists on your superb performances at the British Open Tournament 2006!

A farewell appearance for the fantastic Great Britain and Wakefield Junior Mixed Pair Anthony Middleton and Amy Laycock as they won the 2006 British Open Tournament Title with a superb performance scoring 28.550 in their final combined routine. They are shown with Wakefield Coach Victoria receiving their Trophies.

Congratulations to both of you and good luck to Anthony in your future career. We look forward to seeing Amy compete in the future.

Fittingly Wakefield recorded a great double as Lee and Sarah also won the Silver medals with another excellent performance from the GB pair.

A great double for Wakefield in the Junior Mixed Pairs British Open Tournament 2006 as Lee Colley and Sarah Cameron win the Silver medals with a score of 28.400.

A proud moment for Harefield’s Deborah Owen and Kelly Mannion shown with Head Coach Natasha Maxwell as Deborah and Kelly are presented with the 2006 British Open Tournament Junior Womens Pairs trophy, Deborah and Kelly scored 27.750 with their combined to take the Gold medals.

Silver Medalists in the Junior Womens Pairs Finals from the USA Mallory Henthorn and Savannah Shields with a score of 26.900. A special mention too for the great sportsmanhip shown by the USA girls as they congratulated the other competitors and medalists.

A medal winning double for Oxford School of Gymnastics in the 11-16 Womens Groups Finals as Joanne, Amber and Rosie win the British Open Tournament Title and Catherine Aitchison, Rosie Green and Ellie Newitt  take the Silver medals with a total of 56.700.

British Open Tournament 2006 Senior Mens Pairs Gold medalists Carlos Amaro and Tyler Spray from the USA who scored 28.140 in their final combined routine. Carlos and Tyler scored a total of 55.683 with 27.857 in balance and 27.827 in their dynamic routines.

The Gold Medalists in the British Tournament 2006 Mens Groups Grade 4 from Southampton Matthew Gregory, Matthew Porter, James Auger and Elijah King. The boys scored a total of 43.000 from their balance and tempo routines.

Congratulations to the British Open Tournament 2006 Level Four Womens Group gold medalists from Richmond, Tsveti Genov, Tashi Goldring and Josie Russell. The girls were in second position after their balance routine, but a terrific tempo routine gave them a score of 26.500 and a total of 51.800, to win the British Open Level 4 Title for 2006.

The silver medalists in the Level Four Womens Groups Jessica Burlton, Carly Robinson and Emma Strachen from South Staffs. A fine performance from the trio gave them a score of 26.150 in balance , and a total of 51.150 after their tempo gave the girls well deserved silver medals.
