Gold medallist Jiexu Wang from China said: “I am pleased with the performance and I thought before the event that I had a good opportunity to win gold, though I was a little nervous. I thought Jozef Wadecki would be my strongest rival and he did perform well.”

Jozef Wadecki from Poland said: “I am not happy with the performance but I am pleased with the bronze medal. It was not a bad performance but I am disappointed with the mistakes I should not have made on the first run. My second run was cleaner but not as difficult as the first.”
